Do you feel if you could just stop eating chocolate you'd be much happier? Maybe its biscuits, cakes, bread or wine thats your vice.

 

Whatever it is that you're eating or drinking that's making you feel better in the short term but worse immediately afterwards, or even before you've finished, there's a way of stopping this destructive behaviour.

The technique we use at The Green Rooms re-programmes your brain to think it doesn't like your problem food or drink. This is an extremely successful technique using neuro lunguistic programming, which can be seen on TV by Paul McKenna, Derren Brown and Tony Robins.

 

You will COMPLETELY STOP CONSUMING your problem food or drink.

Usually one session will be enough to make you never want to consume your vice again.

 

This does depends on you being fairly open and so occasionally more than one session is needed if you struggle with this. Don't worry though, our coaches will make you feel totally comfortable as they understand that it can be nerve-wracking for many people.

 

Just think of the benefits - you'll be glad you were brave enough to go through with it when you're not reaching for that chocolate bar or glass of wine! 

Each session is 50-60 minutes long. The first session costs £50 (in line with the 'coaching' fees) and any subsequent sessions cost £40. Again, I'd like to remind you that usually one session is enough. When you think about how much you spend on your problem food or drink, and the physical and emotional health benefits, please believe you're worth the £50!
