Coaching is for those people who are fairly emotionally stable and wish to concentrate on changing one particular area of their life. It assists you to determine and achieve personal goals. Our coaches use a variety of methods, tailored to the client, to move through the process of setting and reaching goals. Coaching is available on a face-to-face or telephone basis, or a combination of both.  We offer coaching in:
 
  • Completely stop consuming problem food and drink  Do you feel if you could just stop eating chocolate you'd be much happier? Maybe its biscuits, cakes, bread or wine thats your vice. Whatever it is that you're eating or drinking that's making you feel better in the short term but worse immediately afterwards, or even before you've finished, there's a way of stopping this destructive behaviour.   • Work-Life Balance 
    This is a 12-session programme designed to achieve a realistic balance of your work and life priorities. This programme can be completed by individuals or couples.

 

  • Stress Reduction (inc. exam stress)  This works by understanding your reasons for stress and addressing them in both psychological and practical ways. 

 

  • Relationships (Individuals)  This is for those people wishing to start a successful relationship (romantic, business, etc). Relationship Coaching helps you to understand your needs and what you are able to offer others.

 

  • Relationships (Couples)  This explores how the two of you work together successfully and unsuccessfully. Personality compatibility issues are challenged head on. Please not that this is for couples who are comfortable with each other. If you are having fundamental relationship concerns couple therapy may be more suitable for you. 

 

  • Self Image  Many of us fixate on what we don't like about our appearance whether it be weight, complexion, hair or a combination of many issues. Self Image coaching helps you to explore a realistic way in which you would like to see yourself, and works with you to achieve this.

 

  • Confidence Building  Do you find yourself dwelling on the negatives of situations? Do you find it difficult to make decisions? Does it upset you if you think someone doesn't like you? Do you punish yourself for making mistakes? Do you feel other people are 'better' than you? Do you find it difficult to say no? Are you uncomfortable meeting new people? If any of the above applies to you confidence building coaching could really benefit you. It helps you to understand why you feel the way you do and how to change this.

 

  • Successful Business Partnership Coaching  Businesses are most successful when the people in charge work well together. Whether you have been in business for a long time or are just starting out it makes sense to understand what you are able to give to your business and what you can expect from your partner(s). With this knowledge, arrangements / agreements can be made to optimise productivity. Team building sessions are also available.

 

  • Teams  Whether you are a member of a team at work or socially it is beneficial to understand how best to work together. With this knowledge, arrengements / agreements can be made to optimise productivity. Team building sessions are also available.
