Coaching appointments are 50-60 minutes long and are usually on a weekly or fortnightly basis. They can be ‘in-person’, via telephone, via video call or a combination of the three. Our offices are in Newton Mearns and Glasgow. Alternative durations and frequencies can be accommodated. If you would like a home-visit, the price is dependent on the location – please contact us to discuss.
