Coronavirus – Vulnerable People who are not Shielding

This telephone hotline is available for vulnerable people not in the official shielding group, who do not have family support. When you phone, they will arrange for you to be connected to your Local Authority who will help you access help.

This group includes people who are:-

• over 70
• live with disabilities 
• experience mental health issues 
• are offered the flu jab because of underlying health conditions 
• are pregnant 
• are not able to access the internet
